Where is Board Me located?
We are based in Burnet County and deliver within the surrounding counties 

 

How do I order?
Please email charcuterieboardme@gmail.com to place an order. Just let us know what board(s) you would like, the delivery date and location, and preferred delivery time. Let us know if you have any questions about what or how many boards to order; we’d love to help!

 

What type of payment do you accept?
We take it all: Venmo (@boardme), cash. After your order has been confirmed, we’ll email you an invoice which is required to be paid at least 24 hours prior to your delivery.

 

How early in advance do I need to order?
Please give us at least 48 hours notice. We may be able to accommodate something last-minute though- just ask!

 

I need to cancel my order. Can I get a refund?
Please cancel at least 24 hours prior to your delivery day and time to receive a full refund. 

 

How many people do your boards serve?
Our small boards serve 4-6, our medium boards serve 10-12, and our large boards serve 20-24, all as a hearty appetizer. The Brunch and Spreads & Breads platters come in one size only and serve 12-15 each. 

 

What is each board served on?
Each board arrives in a box on a hand-cut and treated birch wood board that you get to keep.

 

What comes with each board?
We provide all serving utensils (bamboo tongs, knives, and spoons), but do not provide plates, napkins, or forks.

 

My platter won't be served until later in the day. How should I store it?
Keep your boards(s) refrigerated until you plan on serving them, if not eating right away. Note that Cheese & Charcuterie boards should be served at room temperature (the cheese will taste best), so take them out of the refrigerator at least 30 minutes prior to serving.
